The KCA-420i can be added to any 2004 Alpine Ai-NET head unit. This lets you enjoy your iPod™ in your car, and still use in-vehicle applications such as Multi-Channel Sound System, Satellite Radio, CD Changers and Navigation Systems.
Most Alpine head units are designed to optimize the available internal memory for use with CD-R specifications (700MB) that leads to search limitations as documented in the Owner's Manusl. Please see the head unit's Owner's Manual for more detailed information.
