The web site is easy to navigate and understand. I enjoy its layout and content and I am able to find what I am looking for fast. I was nervous to contact the company as it was in the city. I wanted to take this time to compliment you on your customer service. I placed an order approximately ten days ago for a medium format Pentax camera with lens and accessories. There were a couple complications with my order, yet your representatives contacted me in a timely manner to inform a complication arose.
I spoke to two representatives of yours, first, a female who I apologize for not remembering her name, and secondly, Bob, who I spoke to this morning. Both assisted me with issues that were out of their control to a very satisfactory degree. I received the package from UPS. Thank you. When I called, I wanted to buy Swarovski binoculars. The salesman said that Swarovskis were not in stock, but he liked the Leica's better and would ship them and if I did not like them that I could send them back. My first thoughts were "Right spoken like a true salesman", but I fell for the bait and I tried the Leica's. They're GREAT. I have no regrets or any form of dissatisfaction. And they might even be better than the Swarovskis They are certainly as good. Just thought I'd let you know that I was a skeptic on the sales pitch but you made me a believer. Thanks for telling the truth.
