The TBC-4000 is a professional-quality Time Base Corrector. By removing the sync signals coming from the sources, and replacing them with internally generated ones, the signals are guaranteed to be synchronized with each other. When used with a multiplexer, the video outputs will remain stable, without jumping during switching.
