Olympus has unveiled a new digital recorder which combines a compact, lightweight design with high-quality digital sound.
The VN-90 Digital Voice Recorder makes for a great business partner, allowing users to record numerous events such as business meetings, school lectures or study groups for up to 90 minutes in LP mode. But the VN-90 also makes for a great companion, supplying users with a lightweight (less than 3 oz.), take-anywhere device which can be utilized for personal means such as recording phone numbers, shopping lists or other notes.

- Lightweight and compact, weighing only 2.3 ounces, so you can take it anywhere
- Can record up to 90 minutes in LP mode for longer recording time and up to 33 minutes in SP mode
- Three different folders (combined recording time=90 minutes) to save and store recordings; each folder is capable of storing up to 100 recordings
- Voice Activation mode lets the VN-90 (when turned ON) begin recording once the microphone senses sound
- Customized Multiple Message Alarms allows up to 20 recordings to each be played automatically at a specific time set by the user, to serve as a reminder or alarm for meetings and important dates
- External Microphone/Earphone Jacks - plug in an external microphone for conference or low-noise recordings; plug in an external earphone for private playback of messages or recordings
- High/Low Microphone settings for recording in high-/low-noise environments
- LCD panel displays important information such as remaining recording time, date & time, voice activation mode, play mode (SP/LP) and battery status
