The PV-C923 all-in-one 9" road show color TV and VHS VCR combination with AC/DC capability is the perfect portable entertainment unit for home or travel. Equipped with a car cord that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter, you can keep the passengers occupied during long trips. And, with its standard AC cord, the combo unit provides home entertainment.
Features:
- Built-In VHS VCR: With the built in 2-head VCR, you can enjoy the playback or record your favorite shows.
- Index Search: By automatically placing a signal on the video tape control track at the beginning of each recorded program, Index Search allows you the access to each program by entering the two digit number.
- Auto Clock Set with 24-Hour Backup: By receiving the Extended Data Service signal from your PBS channel, the clock and date are set automatically. Plus, a backup system updates them after shutdown each day. In the event of a power outage, the clock and date will be reset automatically within 24 hours.
- FM Radio with Auto Scan: This TV Combo unit features a built-in FM radio with a 9 preset station memory and an on-screen display for station confirmation. In addition, the TV is equipped with Auto Scan, which allows you to quickly search through FM radio stations until you find the station of your choice.
- Alarm Clock: The alarm clock feature consists of a Sleep timer, On timer and Wake-Up alarm. The built-in clock timer lets you set the TV to turn off or on automatically, allowing you to fall asleep or be awakened by a videotape, TV program or FM radio.
- V-Chip Program Lockout: V-chip technology allows parents to use TV rating codes to block programs that they feel are inappropriate for their children to view. Can be turned on and off through the on-screen menu, using a four digit code.
- Commercial Skip: During playback, you can simply press the CM Skip button on the remote control to advance the tape in 1, 2 or 3 minute increments. This feature allows you to skip unwanted scenes or commercials. When you press CM Skip button 1 time: 1 minute skip, 2 times: 2 minutes, 3 times: 3 minutes, and 4 times: cancels skip.
