The PV-V4523S Hi-Fi Stereo VHS VCR provides great performance for a low cost, easy-to-use home system. This VCR features Auto Clock Set with 24-hour backup, front Audio/Video Input, Trilingual on-screen display for on screen programming instructions in English, Spanish or French, and Tape Position Display.
Features:
- Hi-Fi Stereo: The VCR delivers sound quality rivaling CDs, for a dynamic home theater experience.
- Commercial Skip: During playback, you can simply press the CM Skip button on the remote control to advance the tape playback in 1, 2 or 3 minute increments, in order to skip unwanted scenes or commercials.
- Tape Position Display: This feature is particularly useful when you are inserting a tape for recording, or are already in the process of recording and would like to see how much time is left on the tape. When accessed, this feature will display an icon on screen depicting the current position on the tape, providing you with an accurate indication of the remaining tape length.
- Index Search: By automatically placing a signal on the video tape control track at the beginning of each recorded program, Index Search allows you the access to each program by entering the 2-digit number.
- Auto Clock Set: By receiving the Extended Data Service signal from your local PBS channel, the clock and date are set automatically.
- Ready to Play: Automatically sets the local time and channels when the VCR is plugged in.
- Multi Function Display: Features a Multi Function Display that is located on the front of the VCR. It prominently displays the time, as well as various VCR functions, such as Play, FastForward, Rewind, and Record.
- Program End Search: Allows you to find the end of a recorded program without repeatedly pushing buttons. By simply pressing the Search button on the remote control, you can choose the Program End Search from the on-screen menu to help you find the desired tape location.
