Please be aware all Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air orders will be shipped pursuant to voice verification of the submitted order. Due to the current rash of credit card and online fraud cases we will not ship any expedited order without voice confirmation. This is for your safety as well as ours.
We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Method of Payment

For USA Residents:
  
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, And American Express. We also accept certified checks or money orders. For bank transfers call our customer service for bank details. For personal checks there is a 10 business day waiting period for the checks to clear.

    Shipping: We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed, subject to credit card approval.
We ship the merchandise via UPS, Federal Express, and Parcel Post.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price agreed upon with the salesman.

    For purchases being shipped to an alternate address: (Not the same address as on the credit card statement) It is the customers responsibility to call the credit card company with the alternate shipping address. If not your shipment will be delayed due to address verification. (This is to protect you from mail order fraud.)

For Overseas Orders:
   
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Discover and American Express.  We also accept certified checks, money orders, travelers checks all in USA dollars.  For bank transfers call our customer service for bank details. 

    Shipping Overseas: The shipping and billing address "MUST" be the same as the billing statement address.  We will not ship to an alternate address. (This is to protect you from mail order fraud.)   For the overseas customer, we can ship via UPS or Air Parcel Post, Express Mail, or International Federal Express, depending on the weight, value and destination of your merchandise. 
   Note:
We are not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes which you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We urge you to consult your local government import office with any questions.  Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price agreed upon with the salesman.

Receiving Merchandise

    At HotBuysElectronics.com we strive to make all of our customers' buying experience a pleasant one. Please read the following guidelines carefully. 

  1. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  We will accept return of any items(s) within 14 days from date of receipt.  We cannot accept returns after this authorized return period. 
      
  2. Carefully unpack and inspect the merchandise, please be careful not to damage the manufacturers packaging. We will not accept merchandise with torn and destroyed packaging.
      
  3. Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty card unless you are satisfied with the merchandise and want to keep it. We cannot accept the return of merchandise with a completed warranty card.
      
  4. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, for example: boxes, instruction booklets, inserts or plastic bags until you are 100% satisfied and want to keep the merchandise.

Returning Merchandise

    If for any reason you want to return the merchandise, please follow the instructions below.  

  1. "Call" HotBuysElectronics.com Customer service ( no E-mail please ) within 24-48 hours of receiving the merchandise for a "written"  R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #)
      
  2. All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card.
     
  3. If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging.  Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.
     
  4. Electronics packaged in blister packs (the hard plastic that is heat sealed by the manufacturer) cannot be authorized for return. If it is defective please contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it.
