- To attain optimal image quality, all lenses and prisms are produced in a highly precise way: If one extends the optical axes of the prisms, the deviation at the distance of 50 yds/50m may not be more than the thickness of a sheet of paper!
- The patented Swarotop and Swarodur coatings on lenses and prisms reduce surface reflections - which normally absorb about 6% of the light to as little as 0,2%. The result: the brightest images with greatest contrast.
- Airtight, dustproof and waterthight to a depth of 13 ft./4m on account of the interiorfocusing system and the nitrogen filling: no internal fogging, and 100% functional reliability from -20° to +55° C/-4° to +131° F.
- Noise- and shock-dampening housing of nonslip rubber.
- All twist-in-type eyecups are individually adjustable and can be unscrewed for cleaning.
